Hartford HealthCare (HHC) Vice President Kimberly A. Harrison is a veteran Connecticut lobbyist with extensive experience as an advocate and public policy strategist. She is a recognized leader in government relations for non-profit associations and is a recipient of the National Organization for Women (Connecticut Chapter) Harriet Tubman Award for work on behalf of social justice issues.

Prior to joining HHC in March 2013, Ms. Harrison owned an independentlobbying practice representing a wide array of clients on numerous social issues. She has been an adjunct professor at the University of Hartford since 2005.

Ms. Harrison holds a master’s degree in public affairs and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Connecticut.

She also sits on the Board of Directors for the CT Coalition Against Domestic Violence and the Manchester Community College Foundation
