Wanda C. Mendez, spent 16 years at NYU, Stern School of Business in the Office of Career Development working with the MBA program. There she established relationships with companies, created program and initiatives to expand into additional areas and grow the recruitment program. In 2004 she accepted an Assistant Dean position at Rutgers Business School. She revamped, renamed and reconnected the MBA Career Management with the RBS students. In 2008 she moved into a Director of Campus Recruiting opportunity at Prudential, 2010 she moved to JP Morgan and a VP of Finance Programs. 2012 she returned to academia to Rutgers Business School – Newark to work with the Undergraduate Program. Wanda has a BA in Liberal Arts, Social Work from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras and is currently completing her Masters in Liberal Arts at Rutgers.She is married and lives in Kearny, NJ with her two sons Jules and Nyles.
