How to Hold Courageous Conversations about Contemporary Narratives
Being authentic is a key characteristic that leaders must embody in order to gain trust, develop positive relationships, and influence others around them. Amidst the many impactful events that have taken place over the past few years – including Black Lives Matter, #MeToo, and others – several business representatives are wondering how to constructively address these topics within the workplace. In order to practice authentic leadership, organizational leaders need to proactively lean into these sensitive topics and promote open dialogue about different perspectives and experiences. This event will aim to provide attendees with tips on how to be an authentic leader within contemporary society and foster a safe, inclusive workplace environment that embraces transformative dialogue.
