How can business leaders promote diversity and inclusion initiatives that help these different generations better understand one another, as well as embrace and leverage their differences? By holding an event that promotes discussion and dialogue about multi-generational diversity and inclusion topics, the National Diversity Council hopes to encourage dialogue and best practice sharing amongst leaders from various organizations and industries.
