The DiversityFIRST™ Certification Program prepares qualified professionals to create and implement highly successful D&I strategies for organizational excellence and a competitive edge in today’s global marketplace. The program blends theory and practice during a 5-day intensive curriculum and on-going professional development within the graduate network.
Graduates of the program are recognized as a NDCCDP (National Diversity Council Certified Diversity Professional).

Each of our local chapters holds a social mixer at least once a year. These mixers allow meeting attendees, chairs and volunteers to spend time with each other in a less formal environment. These mixers are also for individuals who would like to learn more about the Diversity Council and their local chapter representatives. We welcome all community members to attend!

The purpose of the College Diversity Summit is to promote dialogue amongst college students about topics that relate to diversity, inclusion, and leadership. By having an opportunity to listen to and network with business and community leaders, college students should have an opportunity to gain valuable insights that will help them enter the workforce upon graduation.
