Taylor Strode is the Executive Business Manager to the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Dow Jones. She is responsible for co-creating the first comprehensive D&I Strategy and Vision for the company.
Previously, Taylor was the Executive Business Manager to the Chief Operating Officer, a role she took on in 2017, after spending two years as an analyst in the Financial Planning & Analysis group. Prior to joining Dow Jones, Taylor spent a year as an Analyst in the Financial Business Operations group of Time Inc.
Taylor is committed to supporting organizations that give opportunities to students from underrepresented communities. She’s on the Junior Board of Directors for NYC Outward Bound Schools, and is a program advisor and mentor for NASP’s FAST (Financial and Scholastic Training) Track High School Program held at Goldman Sachs in NYC. In December 2017, Taylor
launched the first Dow Jones mentor program dedicated to engaging high school students with an interest in media and journalism.
Taylor graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT.
