Stephanie Quappe

Diversity and Inclusion Program Director

The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey

Stephanie Quappe is the Workforce Diversity & Inclusion Program Director at the Port Authority of NY & NJ and works for the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer to support the agency’s commitment to a diverse workforce and an inclusive workplace. She joined the Port Authority in September 2015 and brings 20 years of experience in diversity and human capital roles to foster collaboration, inclusion and culture change in organizations. Born in Germany, Stephanie has studied and worked in the UK, France, Germany and the United States and now lives in Jersey City with her husband and adorable four-year-old son.
