Servando Rodriguez is an Enterprise Leadership Development Program (ELDP) Associate at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. Mr. Rodriguez brings 10 years of comprehensive sales experience and is a recipient of multiple achievement awards. He built most of his career in the biomedical industry working for companies like Astra Zeneca, Daiichi Sankyo and Express Scripts. His experience lends insight into what it is like to operate in this complex and heavily regulated environment.
At Horizon, Servando has developed a Telehealth Marketing strategy/turnkey marketing kit for National ASO accounts and is responsible for enhancing the Episodes of Care program’s analytics capabilities by leading the creation of Tableau dashboards for use as a time saving workflow tool.
He offers a strategic and process oriented way of thinking to organize ideas into action plans. He is skilled at removing obstacles to goal attainment, providing theoretical insights and design thinking.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an Executive MBA in technology management from NJIT and has also completed foreign studies programs in England and Singapore.
