Karen Rubin is a results-oriented Executive Coach and Facilitator who helps individuals at all stages of their careers. In her most recent role as Vice President of Coaching for Talking Talent, she focused on helping organizations improve their diversity & inclusion, develop the female talent pipeline, and improve gender equity in senior leadership. She has a proven track record coaching Fortune 500 clients in sectors including financial services, the law, entertainment, professional services, retail, technology, energy, insurance and more. Karen’s clients range from senior executives to mid-level managers at companies including Deutsche Bank, Viacom, Grant Thornton, Weil, Bloomberg, Macquarie, Cadwalader, Heidrick & Struggles, BDO, Twitter, Kohl’s, Barclays, Morgan Stanley, UBS, and many others. She serves as moderator, expert panelist, and facilitator at industry conferences, and is a contributor/guest for articles, radio shows, and podcasts.

Karen earned degrees from New York University’s Stern School of Business (MBA in Marketing), from The University of Michigan (B.A., English, High Honors, Phi Beta Kappa), and trained at Coaches Training Institute (CTI) where she became an ICF certified coach. She has over 20 years of industry experience at companies including DIRECTV and Showtime Networks, and is committed to helping drive inclusivity in the workplace.
