Drew Rada has been with AT&T for 20 years as he started his career with them in June 1999. Prior to joining AT&T, Drew graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Criminal Justice. Drew worked previously at Prudential for 4 years handling several Corporate Finance positions prior to joining AT&T. In his career, Drew has experienced all facets of Finance from CFO to Treasury to Investor Relations as he now currently works in AT&T’s Corporate Controllers Organization, supporting the General Ledger and Payroll.
Drew has had experience with ERGs ever since he started at AT&T and is currently a member of practically all of them. He has served every board position possible already as an ERG Chapter Officer and has graduated from both the National and Regional ERG Leadership Academy. He leads both the FACES and HACEMOS ERGs and is currently the National President for FACES and the Chapter Ex-Oficio for HACEMOS New Jersey.
Drew is 100% Filipino and is a Filipino American that was born and raised in Queens, New York. Although he works and resides in NJ, he frequents NYC a lot. When he’s not busy leading ERGs or giving back to the community, Drew enjoys traveling the world, listening & dancing to music and attending music festivals, playing and following sports (soccer, basketball, softball, and tennis) and of course catching up with his friends and family in his spare time. His favorite hobby is snowboarding and he has been riding ever since his college days. His favorite ski resorts currently are Niseko, Japan and the ones out west (Whistler, Heavenly, and Park City).
