Deb Hughes joined ADP in 1988 where she spent approximately half her tenure in field HR roles supporting ADP leaders in achieving overall growth and business objectives and the other half as the HR leader of ADP’s global enterprise-wide functions. She currently serves as SVP, Transformation Communications and Change Management responsible for leading our global change leadership work and coordinate our internal communication efforts in support of our overall transformation.

Deb brings over 30 years of HR leadership experience to her roles, having led global HR teams since 2006, with deep knowledge of ADP’s businesses, associates and organizational structures and serving as a significant “voice” for our associates. Most recently, she held the HR leadership position as Division Vice President, HR, Global Enterprise Solutions (GES), supporting the National Account Services and Employer Services International portfolio of businesses serving clients in over 110 countries. Deb and her team drove the talent activation, performance acceleration and associate engagements for our leaders and teams across a worldwide portfolio.

Deb is known as someone who leads with the end result in mind, always thinking about what is best for our associates, clients and businesses. She has a proven track record of successfully leading teams across ADP through strategic, ADP wide transformations.

Deb earned a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Communications from Rutgers University and her Senior Professional in HR Certification in 2003. She is a Qualified Practitioner in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator training. She is also a board member of Jersey Battered Women’s Service, a full service domestic abuse prevention agency based in Morris County, NJ.
