The focus of this annual event is to bring together a diverse mix of successful women leaders who, through the discussion of topics relevant to today’s issues will educate, inspire and encourage women to reflect on their own goals and status as they strive to advance within their organizations.

The focus of this annual event is to bring together a diverse mix of successful women leaders who, through the discussion of topics relevant to today’s issues will educate, inspire and encourage women to reflect on their own goals and status as they strive to advance within their organizations.

The Healthcare Diversity Council aims to provide a forum for dialogue and awareness. Our main goal is to assist in creating knowledge as to how to build an organizational culture and workforce that is culturally competent and inclusive.

This event will aim to provide attendees with tips on how to be an authentic leader within contemporary society and foster a safe, inclusive workplace environment that embraces transformative dialogue.

Our chapter meetings are in person meetings where company representatives from various industries are encouraged to network and engage in knowledge sharing related to diversity and inclusion.

Mixers allow meeting attendees, chairs and volunteers to spend time with each other in a less formal environment. These mixers are also for individuals who would like to learn more about the Diversity Council and their local chapter representatives. We welcome all community members to attend!

The purpose of our Women in Leadership Symposium is to bring together a diverse mix of successful leaders who – through dialogue about topics that relate to contemporary issues – will help to educate, inspire, and empower attendees to reflect on their own personal and professional goals, and encourage them to become leaders within their workplace and community.
