Marie Sonde is the Chief Financial Officer at Sutherland Healthcare Solutions. She oversees accounting, control, treasury, and financial management for the healthcare vertical. She is also responsible for the development and implementation of all financial strategies to build world-class processes and controls that will scale as the company grows, as well as provide financial intelligence for all strategic decisions to help drive business.
Marie is an established global finance executive with more than 25 years in the industry. She has a proven track record of enhancing shareholder value by driving revenue growth and optimizing cost. In her prior role, she served as Vice President of Finance at IMS Health, managing all financial aspects of their Global Technology Services and Operations Division. She was responsible for co-leading strategy and delivery of significant savings by offshoring, in-sourcing critical IP, outsourcing less strategic functions, maximizing labor arbitrage, and consolidating technology and vendors. In previous roles, she led Global Commercial Operations and served as the head of Human Resources.
