For close to 20 years, Keti’s passionate commitment has yielded success and fulfillment as she works with C- suite executives and high- potential leaders in the financial services, IT and insurance industries. In her role as the Chief Human Resources Officer for USI Northeast, Emerson Reid & USI Consulting Group, she serves as a human capital strategist, culture champion and innovative business driver providing trusted HR thought leadership and consultative business partnering to executive talent.
As a highly skilled leadership coach, avid relationship driver, champion of change and the employee/client experience, she focuses on working with organizations and business leaders to develop inspiring visions and build collaborative partnerships across high-performing, functional teams while maximizing leveraged talent optimization to drive the organization’s growth agenda, deepen client footprint and increase ROI.
Formerly, Keti has held senior leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, EMC and IDB Bank. She holds an Executive Coaching Professional Certification from the International Coach Federation, globally accredited. Keti also holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Leadership Coaching from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Charter Oak State College. Keti resides in Westchester County with her husband of 16 years and daughter, Karina.
