Bo Young Lee is currently the Global Diversity & Inclusion Leader for Marsh LLC. Within this role, Bo partners with Marsh’s senior leadership including its President and CEO, Peter Zaffino, to cultivate a work culture where all talent globally can excel and grow. Her responsibilities include both the development and deployment of the Global Diversity & Inclusion strategy and action plan, facilitation of the Global Diversity Council, and oversight of all colleague resource group activity. Bo works with leadership and colleagues to cultivate the cross-cultural skills to facilitate global and virtual teaming, and to ensure greater innovation in the products and client services offered by Marsh.
Prior to joining Marsh, Bo was the Global Practice Leader for Diversity Best Practices Consulting (a division of Working Mother Media.) Bo also launched and led Hewitt Associates’ Global Emerging Workforce Solutions consulting practice and held diversity leadership roles at Ernst & Young and National Grid. Bo also served as a Director of Advisory Services at Catalyst, the leading non-profit focused on the advancement of women in business. Bo has an MBA with distinction from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a BBA magna cum laude from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. She lives in New York City with her partner and two year old daughter, Annabelle.
