Ms. Alvarez is currently an Associate Dean of Students at Montclair State University. Ms. Alvarez served as Assistant Dean and Director in the Office of Undergraduate Programs at Rutgers University-Newark’s Business School for over 3 years. Ms. Alvarez is a seasoned higher education professional who has worked on student advising and support, enrollment management, recruitment, career development, and student life programs. Most recently, Ms. Alvarez performed the role of Assistant Dean at the College of Humanities and Social Sciences.
