Priyanka Shah

Talent Acquisition

Amazon

Priyanka received her Bachelors degree in Accounting and Management from Rutgers University in 2012. She has continued her education and is currently a part time Rutgers MBA student pursuing a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Leadership.

While Priyanka initially started her career working for the financial practice of a Big 4 accounting firm, she quickly realized her true passion was to make an impactful difference in the lives of others and thus pivoted her career to work in Human Resources. After spending several years in the financial services industry and working at a top Global Investment Bank, today, Priyanka is part of the Talent Acquisition team at Amazon. Her current focus is on recruiting leadership professionals while actively promoting diversity and inclusion practices for Amazon.

A native from India, Priyanka currently lives in New Jersey and is an avid hot yogi, NYC Marathon finisher, and regularly participates in high intensity interval training (HIIT) classes.
