Lori Ferguson has over 20 years’ experience in the Human Resources and Risk Management. She began her career at Prudential in 1997 where she held six different roles in Operations and Human Resources. She left Prudential in 2006 to relocate to Jacksonville, Florida where she was the HR Project Manager and Recruiter for an architecture and engineering firm, RS&H. After returning to NJ in 2008 she held roles as AVP, HR Risk and Compliance at CIT, Diversity & EEO Compliance Program Manager at QBE, First Vice President, Diversity Officer at a regional bank in NJ, and Vice President, HR Division Risk Manager at MUFG. In January of 2016, Lori assumed the role of Diversity and Work/Life Program Manager at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ.
Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and will complete her MBA in Risk Management in 2018. She also holds certifications in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management and a Strategic Human Resources Management Certificate from Cornell University (eCornell). Lori is currently studying for the Project Management Professional Certification examination, which she will sit for in June of 2018.
