Twiggy Meshele Eure serves as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Recruitment/Retention Coordinator for Crouse Health. In this new role, Eure will develop and oversee programs, services and initiatives designed to promote diversity and inclusion throughout the Crouse Health system. She will work closely with the hospital’s recruitment coordinators, management team and Pomeroy College of Nursing to support efforts in attracting more candidates of a diverse background to Crouse Health. Additionally, she will mentor/assist staff members with opportunities to advance within the Crouse organization and serve as an HR Ombudsman for diversity and inclusion.
An advocate of lifelong education, Eure received her Associates Degree in Computer Technology from Bryant & Stratton College, a Bachelor Degree in Technical Vocational Education from SUNY Oswego, and her Master Degree in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation from Syracuse University. Eure is completing coursework towards a doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership and Ministry. She is a proud Diamond-Life member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and one of their Fortitude Award recipients. She is a member of Jack & Jill of America, Inc. Syracuse Chapter, graduate of Leadership Greater Syracuse, past Wise Center Board Advisor, and a recipient of the YWCA Academy of Diversity Achievers Award. Eure has been recognized in various print publications. Most recently, she was featured in Syracuse Woman’s Magazine, The Go Red! Edition (February 2017).
Eure is passionately devoted to her church and community. An ordained minister of the Gospel since September 2012, Pastor Eure serves at The Promise Land Church in East Syracuse, New York as Co-Pastor/Executive Pastor. Through her ministry work at The Promise Land Church, Pastor Twiggy has inspired countless women and men to arise and live victorious lives. She has organized numerous conferences, retreats and seminars — all geared toward empowering people within the Syracuse community and beyond. She is also a successful entrepreneur, owner of Virtuous Solutions, Inc. (a consulting firm) and a Paparazzi Independent Consultant. Eure is married to Pastor Erik B. Eure and the mother of 4 amazing children.
