Rebecca Rose

Director of Financial Aid

Onondaga Community College

Rebecca Rose has been the Director of Financial Aid at Onondaga Community College since 2015. Prior to coming to OCC, Rebecca spent 20 years in the Financial Aid Office at Syracuse University holding positions as Financial Aid Counselor, Loan Education Specialist and Assistant Director of Financial Literacy and Education Programs. She has created, developed and implemented nationally recognized financial literacy programming and worked with companies such as Inceptia, USA Funds and Academic Impressions in delivering presentations on the “How To’s” and “Best Practices” in financial Education. She holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Education from Elmira College and Advance Certificates in Training of Trainers and Human Resource Development.
