Soumeya Benghanem is the Chief Product Officer & CoFounder of strategy+action, a women-owned digital agency focused on helping companies define, design and build digital products. Prior to her startup Soumeya worked for some of the biggest financial services firms as a strategy advisory manager at Ernst & Young. She is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where she majored in computer science. She volunteers for Liberty and Access for All, a not for profit focused on women and minority students.
