Combined withherpassion, skills and dualdegrees in Human Resource Management and Business Administration, Crystal’sprofessional expertise includes 15 years of corporate,non-profit, law andhealthcare experience within Human Resources, Recruiting, Trainingand Professional Development. She currently serves as the Vice President of BrandingandSocial Media for the New Jersey Chapter of the National Associationof African-Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR).
She also volunteers as a Career CoachandEducator with Rutgers University’s New Start Career Networkprogram where she facilitates job readiness webinars and mentors long-term unemployed New Jersey residents with personal brand management, resume building, and strategizingtheir job search.
