Christina Bonne-Annee is an educator, speaker, author and advocate. As a child of immigrants from Haiti, Judge Bonne-Annee learned from an early age that with hard work, faith, and consistency, anything was possible.

Ms. Bonne-Annee is the co-founder of Progressive Education Consulting Group (PECG) , an education consulting firm devoted to supporting elementary, secondary, and post-secondary school leadership by facilitating professional development workshops regarding community engagement, restorative justice, and culturally competent curriculum development.

Christina has facilitated professional development workshops for administrators and students at the New York City Department of Education, and some of the most prestigious universities in the country including New York University and the City University of New York. She also serves as an advisor to the Dean of Penn State Dickinson School of Law on diversity and inclusion.

As a civil rights litigator, Ms. Bonne-Annee has successfully argued matters of discrimination and police brutality in N.Y.S. Supreme Court, the Second Department Appellate Division, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. In 2013, she became an Administrative Law Judge, an overseer of the largest city agencies in the country: the Department of Health, the Department of Homeless Services, the Human Resources Administration and the Administration for Children Services.

Since 2012, Judge Bonne-Annee has also served on the board of the Haitian Roundtable, an organization that seeks to heighten awareness locally and nationally of Haitians as an emerging constituency among key stakeholders and institutions through networking, forums and events.

Originally from Brooklyn N.Y., Judge Bonne-Annee received her B.A. from New York University, and her law degree from Penn State Dickinson School of Law. She enjoys being an aunt to her five nephews and two nieces as much as she enjoys being a sister, daughter, and mentor. She spends as much time as possible traveling the world and hopes to use her network and talents to effect change on an international scale.
