Christina’s career has been characterized by the strategic alignment of human capital initiatives with organizational goals. Christina has held senior human capital executive positions at top professional services firms in Hartford, New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Richmond, Philadelphia, and DC, with responsibility for operations in London, Brussels, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Singapore. She has achieved transformational change through tenacity, agility, creativity, collaboration and consensus building.

Christina been the architect of structural reorganizations that streamlined operations, provided role clarity and accountability, and created new professional development opportunities. She has advanced progressive agendas, resulting in business process improvements, and increased efficiencies while optimizing talent. Notably, this also improved employee morale. She has introduced robust talent management systems to further enhance employee development, and build pipelines for succession planning.

Christina is dual certified as a Senior and Global Professional in Human Resources (SPHR, GPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan, and an MBA from the European School of Management & Technology (ESMT), Berlin, Germany.
