Vanessa Phipps is the founder and principal of Future Force Group,LLC, a leadership developmentcompany that supports her belief thata strong workforce mustbe built “from the inside up.” Herclients includefor-profit corporationsand not-for-profit educational, government, and community-based organizations.She is excited by the twenty-first century learners who are poised to become our twenty-first century’s leaders, andbelieves organizations currentlygoverned through control will soon be powered by influence.
Aftereighteen years of successful executive and management coaching and training, she transitioned her design and coaching talents to the creation of adevelopment processthatsupports and sustains the leadership and people skills ofhigh performing individualcontributors, many of whom are“Gen Y” employees whose approach to work and definitions of success arenot always in concert with those of their respective organizations.
Vanessa is also the Board President of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of African Americans in HumanResources (NAAAHR New Jersey), an organizationshe initially joinedin 2013 as the Board Vice President of Member Retention.
