Craig Wesley, a strategic disruptor, has a passion for challenging the status quo and building a sense of community in the workplace. His broad work history includes experiences in all three sectors, including government, nonprofit, and corporate. His most recent role was Manager, Diversity & Inclusion for Unilever North America, where he oversaw strategies to achieve gender balance in management and strategies to increase African American and Hispanic representation in management.

Prior to joining Unilever, Craig was the Senior Manager of Diversity & Community Outreach with the National Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society. In that position he developed a training module for senior leadership, conducted survey outreach to Hispanic families impacted by MS, and led a public awareness campaign targeted to the African American community that garnered over 38 million media impressions.

Craig is a National Urban Fellow, a nationally competitive 14-month accelerated leadership and development program for women and people of color. He holds a MPA from Baruch College CUNY and a BA in History/Political Science from Purdue University.
